J-TEQ EMS Solutions Ltd can provide prototyping and pre-production service by assigning a dedicated Project Team drawn from our Purchasing / Engineering / Manufacturing Staff with over 100 years’ experience in the manufacture of electronic assemblies.
This service will provide customers with a rapid electronics prototyping facility that can turnaround projects from as little as 24 hours to five days from receipt of components, depending upon the complexities of each build. The components can be a total free issue, total procurement or a mixture of both.
Where reduced lead-time purchasing is required, J-TEQ’s experienced procurement staff can determine the critical items and procurement needs of a project, as well as appropriate sourcing through J-TEQ’s strategic procurement partners.
J-TEQ will provide hand / machine placement in surface mount technology and conventional thru hole assembly techniques. We have the capability of assembling SMT technologies as small as 0201 and all IC package technologies currently available such as QFP, QFN, BGA, uBGA and LGA and odd form connectors etc.
Mechanical Assembly and Box Build capabilities are also available to allow a full “one-stop” prototyping and pre-production service for our Customers.
