Consigned/Free-Issue Components

You supply every component—ICs, passives, connectors, hardware—already kitted, labelled, and counted. We focus purely on assembly and test. Ideal when you hold proprietary silicon, have pre-bought stock, or need absolute control of traceability.

Turnkey/Full Procurement

We source the entire bill of materials through our approved vendor list, which means we handle price negotiation, lead-time mitigation, and incoming inspection. You place one PO and receive fully built, tested boards. This is the fastest, lowest-touch route for most NPI programmes.

Partial Turnkey/Hybrid

You free-issue any hard-to-find, customer-specific, or IP-sensitive parts; we procure everything else. This hybrid model keeps critical items under your roof while letting our supply-chain team collapse overall lead time and manage the mundane line items.
