The Energy Manager Products encompassed sophisticated energy monitoring and efficiency tools, aimed at helping businesses optimize their energy consumption, reduce costs, and support sustainability goals.
In August 2024, a strategic decision was made to streamline operations by integrating J-TEQ ENERGY Ltd. with J-TEQ EMS Solutions Ltd., a leader in printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and high-level assembly (HLA) manufacturing. As a result, J-TEQ ENERGY Ltd. was wound down, with all Energy Manager Products, including trademarks, intellectual property, and associated technologies, transferring to J-TEQ EMS Solutions Ltd. This consolidation under J-TEQ EMS Solutions Ltd. aligns with the company’s broader vision of offering diverse, high-quality, technology-driven solutions across sectors including energy, transportation, aerospace, and data communications.
With J-TEQ EMS Solutions Ltd., who had manufactured these products for Netthings Ltd. and subsequently their sister company J-TEQ Energy Ltd., are now in control of the Energy Manager Products, the company has positioned itself to further enhance and integrate these technologies, aiming to provide its clients with innovative energy management solutions that align with regulatory compliance and high-quality standards, such as ISO 9001. This strategic acquisition supports J-TEQ’s ongoing commitment to sustainable technology and expands its capability to offer advanced, reliable solutions that cater to the evolving needs of the energy sector.
